Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Wax & Unwine University for your professional wax training. Please read and adhere to our booking policy: Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with course details after booking. Please review this information for accuracy. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept various payment methods. No Refund Policy: All course payments are non-refundable. Once confirmed, no refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances. Rescheduling Policy: Notice: Reschedule your course at least one week (7 days) prior to the course date. Limit: You can reschedule up to two times. After the second reschedule, further changes will result in forfeiture of payment. Process: Contact us via email or phone with your preferred new date. We will accommodate based on availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice results in forfeiture of payment. No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows. Late Arrival Policy: Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the course start time for setup and registration. Late Arrival: If more than 15 minutes late, participation may be denied, and payment forfeited to ensure all participants benefit from the training without disruption. Course Materials: For those opting for a kit, it will be provided on the first day of the course. Bring all necessary materials as outlined in the confirmation email. State Licensing Requirements: According to New Jersey state law, you must be licensed or have a permit in the cosmetology field to perform services on others. Although not required to take this course, it is highly recommended as a license or permit is required by law to service clients.
